Symptom:

Even though your machine is fully patched, Secure Remote Worker might still show the KB4497165 warning, before launching.

Resolution:

The Developer Team is already working on a fix for this error but as a simple workaround,  please open your profile editor, and within the Windows Patch Management Tab add the KB in the "Ignore list" 

Note: Description and KB number must be provided in  full.
