Changes made to the Profile are not saved. #MC-CI5

Symptom:

When using a Local DB and a backup has restored any changes made to the Profile Editor are not saved.


Resolution:

After a Local DB backup has been restored inside the ThinScale Managemtn Server TSTMgmt folder, right-click on the file and select Security Tab.



Click Edit and then Add.

Type IIS AppPool\TSTMgmt in the object names to select, click Check Names and give it full control




Restart the IIS service. You will now be able to save all your configuration in your new Broker.db file.


Please repeat the steps if another backup file is re-copied over.
