When generating the License Report in the v7.4 console, if Device Analytics is not being utilized, it will return the following error:
 

 

The issue has been fully identified and will be resolved soon with the next release. In the meantime, to fix it please follow the below steps:
 

Warning

This workaround works only on management console v7.4.32. If you are running a prior version. Please upgrade your environment by reading this article Full Guide to Upgrade Server, Console, and End-Points.

 

 

  1. Please click on the "Global Device Settings," on top of the console, and go to "Device Analytics" tab.
  2. Type the letter "a" on the first row and click "Update"
  3. That will return an error. Remove the "a" now and hit "Update" again.
     


The report should generate adequately now.
